This topic is drawn from a study and from Scripture — the primary tool throughout. "They searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so" (Acts 17:11).
The study
- Primary · Study
"The Faith of Jesus," presented by David (RTC Ministries). A study of Revelation 14:12, arguing that "the faith of Jesus" means faith in Jesus — trust in His substitutionary, imputed righteousness — rather than a mystical infusion of Christ's own faith replacing the believer's will. It opens with two Ellen G. White manuscripts (1888 and 1889) and then walks through Scripture (Galatians, Romans, James, Acts, and more).

Our aim is the biblical case for the faith of Jesus, offered graciously, without personal attack on anyone.

Other works referenced in the study
- ⚠️ Verify before relying on wording Ellen G. White, Manuscript 24 (1888) and Manuscript 27 (1889) on "the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus" and justification by faith as "the third angel's message in verity." The study paraphrases and comments on these at length; before presenting any line as a direct quotation, confirm the exact wording at egwwritings.org. (The well-known summary phrase — that justification by faith is "the third angel's message in verity" — traces to Review and Herald, April 1, 1890; verify the exact context there.)

A note on sources, friend: this topic leans hardest on Scripture — that's the anchor. Where the study quotes older manuscripts, check them yourself at the source. Be a good Berean and search the Scriptures daily (Acts 17:11)!
