A day in the life: two covenants
The same ordinary day, lived two ways: under the Old Covenant (standing on your own promises — "ropes of sand") and under the New Covenant (standing on God's promise of a new heart). Same person, same circumstances — opposite foundations. Tap through and watch.
Sam says
Same hours, same struggles, friend — but watch where each one stood. The Old-Covenant day is exhausting because every good thing has to be squeezed out of self: more resolve, more white-knuckling, ropes of sand fraying by bedtime. The New-Covenant day rests on God's "I will" — a heart He's remaking — so obedience flows as fruit and the night ends in peace, not audit. Not a matter of time. A matter of which promise you stood on all day.
